The courtyard is the central area of the Yasmeen House and all the other rooms surround it. In the center of the courtyard, there is a traditional fountain that is used to cool the air during summer time by sprinkling water. During the winter, the yard is covered above and heated. The Liwan is located at one end of the courtyard and it is higher than the rest of the courtyard It is covered by engraved stone arches. It was used as a living area in the summer. The courtyard is the main dinning area and it accommodates up to 80 guests.

This old hand-dug cave is 10 meters below the ground. It is naturaly cool and well ventilated by fans. It is connected with other nearby caves through tunnels, which run underneath the old city. These tunnels have been thought to lead to the citadel. The renovation of this cave has taken several months to turn into a beautiful dining area. The cave can accommodate up to 50 guests.
