This hotel is located next to the Bab Qinsreen. Bab Qinsreen (Bab in Arabic means gateway) is the most preserved gateway of the 9 gateways in Aleppo's fortified historical walls. It was believed to be built by Saif Al-Dawleh Al Hamadany, Aleppo's ruler which campaigned against the Byzantine Empire in the 10th Century and was a passageway within the historic Silk Road.
