Individuals: Cancellation for individuals is free of charge for a guest on the same day of arrival of a guest until 14:00 (local timing); after 14:00 (local timing), the individual is fully charged. In case of No-Show: Full charge for individuals.
Groups: Cancellation for groups should be recievied in a MINIMUM of 30 DAYS before group arrival. In case of No Show, the first night will be charged according to the NUMBER OF ROOMS. In case of Early departure, groups will be charged according to the agreed confirmation.
